This is Kagami, a character of Mari-san ( [link] and [link] ). Love her character design. :heart:
The blue-to-pink gradient in the background is supposed to represent sunrise, the violet swirls on the edges are clouds and the white thing under her hair is - her hair (--;;; ), which was supposed to gradually pale towards the bottom. I screwed that effect up by adding the stupid ribbon, of course. Yay me.
The title is a song by Mayuko Aoki, which expresses similiar things to this picture.

I drew this with aquarelle and then used my violet aquarelle pensil on it. I finally had a chance to use it! T-T

Wow, so pretty. I love the color scheme, and the way everything flows together. Mostly, the serene look on her face and the calm purple hues match very well. Good job. Mmhmmm. :pie:
